Effective October 1, 2010, Anniston Water Works will assist the City of Anniston by requiring documentation of rental inspections done by the City of Anniston.
Property owners/managers with rental properties subject to the City of Anniston Ordinance (#10-O-9) should furnish inspection documentation (Certificate of Occupancy) to tenants of rental units. This information should be presented by the tenant at the time of application for water and sewer service. That information will be matched to that provided to Anniston Water Works by the City of Anniston.

Did you Know?

Anniston Water Works and the Calhoun County Commission are partnering to convert used cooking oil to Biodiesel with a program called Stove Top to Road Top. You can help by picking up your convenient one-gallon container at the Anniston Water Works Main Office located at 131 West 11^th Street. There is no cost to participate in the program. All you have to do is pick up a container then return it when full to the Stove Top to Road Top rack located at the east entrance to the Anniston Water Works Main Office.
